The Caring Ministries of Madison Presbyterian Church

PRAYER GROUP - Our prayer warriors gather Tuesday morning at 9:30 to pray for each other and the concerns of the community. Every week we lift up our own members and their loved ones, we pray for joys and tragedies in the community and in the world.  We believe God uses our prayers - often guiding us, inspiring us and giving us wisdom to be God's hands at work uplifting each other. FELLOWSHIP - Our fellowship group makes sure we have a chance to become friends.   We do not just pass each other in worship, but we have a chance to sit down and eat together,  and to enjoy each other's company. We are not made to do life alone, and one of the blessings of the faith community is friends. Join us for a monthly euchre game, a monthly luncheon, a painting party, a cruise, or whatever fun event we dream up next.

DEACONS - Our deacons meet monthly, and provide for need in the congregation and community. They might coordinate care for a church member or help with rental assistance or utilities for someone in need.  If you are looking for rental assistance or assistance with utilities call the church office (812)265-2952 between 10-1 Monday thru Friday.
